As Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the growth of Flix’s network in Brazil.

About the Role

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales and partnership development cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and implementation.
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and business performance analyses for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to external partners, addressing operational challenges and resolving issues to maintain strong and long-term relationships.
  • Take responsibility for the P&L results of assigned partners and support the optimization of business performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth collaboration between departments such as Operations, Finance, and Network Planning.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for growth and improve partner performance.
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives and special projects with both local and international teams.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (professional use of PowerPoint is highly valued).
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business understanding (e.g., ability to understand financial statements and work with Excel).
  • Self-driven, reliable, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
