    • Lead the regional relationship with internal and external auditors, managing the resolution of complex audit queries and control assessments

  • Service Provider Management and Oversight:

    • Drive Service Level Agreement performance and Operational Key Performance Indicators, ensuring the service provider meets Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s quality and timing standards.

    • Lead regional process transformation and hyper-automation efforts to reduce manual interventions in the RTR function.

  • Team Leadership & People Development:

    • Manage the "dotted line" relationship with the LAR regional finance leadership to ensure accounting priorities are aligned with business objectives.

    • Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement across both the internal team and the external service provider.

  • Strategic Process Improvement:

    • Influence global accounting policies and lead the regional implementation of new accounting standards or corporate initiatives.

    • Drive regional standardization of accounting processes to ensure consistency across the major LAR hubs.
