Senior Manager, Ticketing Operations

THE POSITION

Reporting organizationally to the Head of Ticketing the Senior Ticketing Operations Manager will work closely with the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Ticketing team in Zurich to ensure the planning, implementation, and delivery of the ticketing operations for the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™. This role will be responsible for managing the ticketing operations at the stadiums and all ticketing facilities in the host country. Further, this role will oversee the creation and maintenance of seating maps in the ticketing system, as well as the assignment of ticket holders to seats in accordance with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) policies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the Ticketing Operations team in Brazil in the overall tournament planning, ensuring the team has the guidance, resources, and support required to deliver their roles successfully.
  • Foster strong collaboration within the local team and with the Ticketing team in Zurich to ensure consistent operational alignment.
  • Implement system configuration according to the specifications set by the Zurich team, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversee and manage the ticketing inventory, including the creation, maintenance, and continuous updating of seating plans for all host venues in the ticketing system.
  • Plan, prepare, and supervise the full on‑site ticketing operation, including the setup and management of all required infrastructure and equipment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ticketing policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination with other functional areas as well as the host stadium to support a seamless event delivery.
  • Oversee all electronic access control operations in the host venues, ensuring proper configuration, integration, and match‑day readiness.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct site visits as required to assess operational needs, validate infrastructure, and coordinate with venue stakeholders.
  • Support general ticketing operations for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) events as required.

YOUR PROFILE

Education / Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in ticketing operations for major sports events, venues, or entertainment properties.
  • Experience delivering ticketing operations for multi-venue events or international tournaments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and access control technologies.
  • Strong operational planning and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading teams.
  • Native‑level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is valued.
