We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Senior Manager to lead the Pre-Sales team in Latam and delivering exceptional support to our Sales efforts. The Pre-Sales Senior Manager will play a key role by providing strategic leadership, managing pre-sales activities, and ensuring successful collaboration between Pre-Sales and Product, Engineering and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to support Sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand product capabilities, technical requirements, and limitations, and incorporate this knowledge into pre-sales activities
  • Lead the Pre-Sales team and provide technical guidance and support, leveraging expertise to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition to customers
  • Manage the pre-sales process, including lead qualification, solution identification, technical validation, and proposal development
  • Monitor and analyze pre-sales metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
  • Stay updated on industry dynamics, market trends and new technologies, providing insights and recommendations to improve pre-sales strategies and initiatives

    Requirements

  • Based in São Paulo, SP (available for a hybrid model; Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s office is located in Faria Lima, SP)
  • Advanced English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in pre-sales roles, preferable in the technology industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholders managament skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
