OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Media Analyst with strong technical expertise and strategic vision to support the structuring, operation, and scaling of programmatic media investments.

This professional will be responsible for orchestrating campaigns in DV360, ensuring budget efficiency, data quality, frequency control, advanced measurement, and integration with the paid media ecosystem as a whole.

More than just operating, we expect someone who questions setups and proposes structural improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Advanced Programmatic Management (DV360)
Plan, configure, and optimize Display & Video 360 campaigns, including Display, Video, YouTube, CTV, and premium inventory.

  • Structure audience strategies, remarketing, lookalikes, and custom segmentations;
  • Manage deals (PMP, Preferred Deals, Programmatic Guaranteed) and publisher relationships when necessary.

Data, Measurement and Attribution

Ensure dataquality and integrity across platforms (DV360, CM360, GA4, Floodlight, MMPs). Work with attribution models, incrementality analysis, effective frequency, and cross-channel impact.

  • Support discussions on measurement beyond last click, including view-through and lift analysis when applicable.

Cross-Channel Integration

  • Work in an integrated way with Search, Social, App, and Branding teams, ensuring strategy consistency and unified performance reading.
  • Connect programmatic advertising with Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok within a funnel and user journey logic.

Budget and Performance Control

  • Manage relevant budgets, focusing on efficiency, scale, and ROAS/ROI sustainability.
  • Monitor pacing, allocation by channel, format, audience, and inventory.

Creative and Format Strategy

  • Support the definition of creative format and narrative strategies for programmatic advertising (video, rich media, CTV).
  • Work with the creative team for continuous asset evolution based on data.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand safety best practices, ads.txt/app-ads.txt, and inventory control.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven senior experience with programmatic media via DV360;
  • Technical proficiency in: DV360, Campaign Manager 360 (Floodlight) and GA4;
  • Strong knowledge of cross-channel data measurement, attribution, and interpretation;
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (analysis, data cross-referencing, simple automations);
  • Experience handling large investment volumes and complex accounts;
  • Ability to transform data into real business insights, not just dashboards.

Differentiators (Highly Valued)

  • Previous experience in: large retail companies, banks / fintechs, agencies with large accounts and complex structures;
  • Experience in markets with high pressure for performance and efficiency;
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio;
  • Experience with incremental testing, lift studies, or MMM (even if conceptual);
  • Experience working in structures where programmatics plays a strategic role (not just a tactical one).

WORK MODEL

Hybrid in São Paulo/SP with considerable flexibility. There is no set number of days for commuting to the offices.
