- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple global sites, including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, creating and extending competitive offers, and ensuring successful new hires start.
- Conduct screens and assess potential candidates for a level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and convert hard-to-find passive talent by understanding the business and employee value proposition.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team and hiring managers to develop a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase the efficiency of Talent Acquisition.
- Work directly with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, candidate management, interview, and selection approach.
- Liaise between internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and collaborate to make informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the complete interview process.
- Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized interview feedback.
- Effectively work within the internal Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors), including requisition initiation and management, candidate communications, candidate dispositioning, and candidate workflow management.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to define attractive and competitive job offers.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Technical Recruiting Experience required.
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
- Excellent consultative skills and proven success in developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
- Mix of agency and in-house experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
