The Role
As a Senior Recruiter dedicated to a tier‑1 premier investment bank, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of specialist and senior‑level positions. Acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands‑on talent partner, you will lead 360° hiring activity, from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer management, background checks, and onboarding.
You will partner closely with hiring managers across Investment Banking, ISG (sales, trading, research), a small portion of Technology, and selected corporate functions such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance. This role requires deep stakeholder engagement, providing market insights, guidance, and strategic support to leaders hiring at Analyst through VP level.
As part of a collaborative global TA team with colleagues in the US, Japan, and EMEA, you will work daily with stakeholders from diverse nationalities and industries. The Brazil recruitment model is highly specialised and hands‑on, so you will manage both strategic advisory responsibilities and day‑to‑day operational tasks with equal confidence.
Based in São Paulo on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite), you will play a key part in a long‑term talent partnership, contributing to a fast‑paced and high‑impact environment. Working hours align with cross‑regional collaboration, and you’ll have the opportunity to utilise your expertise in niche, specialist, and senior‑level recruitment to directly influence hiring outcomes for a leading global organisation.
