The HSE Department at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is dedicated to safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring environmental protection across all operations. We develop and implement robust safety management systems, monitor compliance with international standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Our team conducts risk assessments, audits, and inspections, promotes a proactive safety culture, and provides training and guidance to maintain a secure and sustainable workplace. Your role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out activities and tasks in accordance with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’ corporate objectives;
- Become familiar with and comply with the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) management system;
- Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the management system;
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) employees and contractors working at all Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) facilities;
- Identify areas of exposure or improvement within the department or its objectives;
- Conduct inspections and audits to diagnose the institution’s occupational health and safety (OHS) situation;
- Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment.
- Develop educational actions in the field of health and safety at work;
- Integrate negotiation processes. Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes;
- Take part in investigations and analyses of work-related accidents and recommend preventive and control measures.
What we expect from you
Requirements:
- Occupational Safety Technician certificate
- Registered by Ministry of Labor.
- Preferred: Additional certifications or specialization in Health, Environment, or Safety Management.
Minimum Experience
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial environments, heavy construction, oil & gas, or onshore projects.
- Hands-on experience in audits, inspections, risk management, accident investigation , and implementation of preventive programs.
