You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript
- Experience building or customizing Shopify themes and sections
- A solid understanding of the Shopify Admin, API limits, and store configurations
- Confidence using GIT for version control and collaborative workflows
- A proactive mindset: you don't just find bugs; you propose better ways to build
- In-depth knowledge about multi-market and B2B configurations
- Experience leveraging AI (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) in Shopify development
- The ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English
Not a must but nice to have:
- Experience with Hydrogen & Oxygen (Headless Shopify)
- Knowledge of Node.js or PHP for private app development
- Familiarity with performance optimization (Core Web Vitals) for eCommerce
- Experience with Slate or Shopify CLI
