Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst — Social & Brand Intelligence to join the Marketing Measurement & Analytics team at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting social media, search, and media data to generate actionable insights. The position plays a key role in supporting brand positioning, campaign planning, and investment optimization for Betnacional and Betfair, transforming complex data into strategic intelligence for business decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor social media mentions, sentiment, and conversations using tools like Brandwatch, building recurring dashboards for Share of Voice, Share of Social, and Share of Search with competitive benchmarking.
- Identify trends, engagement peaks, and reputational risks in real time, generating alerts for relevant stakeholders.
- Track competitors’ organic and paid performance across key social channels.
- Consolidate and report integrated metrics such as Share of Search and Share of Voice, creating a unified view of brand presence.
- Monitor brand health KPIs and correlate them with acquisition and business performance indicators.
- Continuously track Market Share, SOV, and Share of Investment across key industry players.
- Conduct media valuation analyses (e.g., sponsorship assets) and ad hoc competitor campaign evaluations.
- Develop executive dashboards integrating social, search, and media data, evolving reports into analytical storytelling decks with KPI weighting and predictive perspectives. Act as a bridge between teams, providing data-driven insights and guiding junior analysts and agency partners.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Social Media, Brand Intelligence, Media, or Market Intelligence roles.
- Strong knowledge of social listening platforms such as Brandwatch (or similar).
- Expertise in social media metrics, including Share of Voice, Engagement Rate, Net Sentiment, and Earned Media Value.
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data across different domains.
- Analytical and critical thinking mindset, with attention to data quality and methodology.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured reporting processes.
