What your new challenge will look like
We are seeking a Senior Software Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of our innovative supply chain and transportation optimization solutions. This role combines functional consulting with project management responsibilities, requiring a professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions.   • Client Engagement & Account Support
  • Partner with clients to understand supply chain, logistics, and transportation requirements and support solution alignment.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders while assisting senior team members in managing overall accounts.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions to document business needs and functional processes.
  • Support senior team members in ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Software Implementation & Project Management
  • Lead assigned functional workstreams, coordinating activities, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of a Delivery Manager.
  • Contribute to detailed project planning, including task assignments, tracking milestones, and updating project status reports.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination for workstream activities, escalating issues and risks to the Delivery Manager.
  • Translate business requirements into solution specifications and support technical configuration, testing, and validation.
  • Assist in system setup, data preparation, UAT, training, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Process Optimization & Best Practices
  • Apply industry best practices in supply chain, transportation, and logistics to recommend process improvements.
  • Document business processes and configurations to support knowledge transfer and reusability.
  • Share functional insights with clients and internal teams to strengthen delivery outcomes.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, predictive analytics, and network optimization relevant to supply chain software and transportation and logistics space.
  • Organizational Support
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing functional expertise, data input, and solution insights under the direction of a Delivery Manager.
  • Participate in internal initiatives such as training, methodology development, and knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
Why you belong at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master), or similar disciplines are a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in a functional consulting role, focusing on the implementation of software solutions in supply chain, transportation design, planning, execution, and logistics. Alternative experience working as an expert user of a logistics, transportation, or supply chain network optimization software with significant responsibility for the delivery of the software solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead functional project workstreams and engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics software solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and clients.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office, with a regular monthly office presence.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise software delivery in transportation management or network design.
  • Knowledge of advanced technologies (AI/ML, predictive analytics, IoT) in supply chain.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in software projects.
