About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced architect to join our Digital Monetization Platform (DMP) team within SA BOS Engineering, Product Development Unit (PDU) Cross Solution & Platform. You will be responsible for designing solutions that align with business goals, whilst working closely with product management, stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology.
What you will do:
- Requirement analysis and solution level design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create architectural blueprints and requirement anatomies
- Lead and provide direction to the development team during implementation
- Support project delivery by resolving architectural and design issues
- Support product management to shape the roadmap
- Understand and influence relevant standards (TMF)
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and identifying potential add on opportunities for DMP
- Advocate the use of the latest AI technologies to achieve operational efficiency and business enablement
- Engage with Service Delivery projects to gather customer feedback, promote the reuse of DMP assets and identify harvest opportunities
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
The skills you bring:
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Capability to drive technical discussions, analyse and explain technical requirements and problems and steer new product development
- Experience in OSS / BSS solutions with an understanding of constituent applications and use cases, particularly catalog management, order capture, order management and monetisation
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Experience with AI technologies
- Knowledge of Telecommunications Standards such as TMF
- Advance/Fluent English level
