Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst focused on Integration and Innovation to act as a strategic bridge between business and technology. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying opportunities for process optimization, leading complex system integrations, and enabling scalable, efficient solutions across the organization.
You will work closely with different business areas, translating needs into technical solutions, while ensuring data integrity, performance, and alignment with business goals. This is a highly collaborative and consultative role, requiring both strong technical expertise and business acumen.
This is a fully remote position.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a strategic partner to business teams, mapping processes and identifying opportunities for automation and integration
- Design and implement data flows between different systems, ensuring performance and reliability
- Lead technical validation processes, including QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor and manage the performance and stability of integrations in production
- Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different levels, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience with system integrations, including RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2, API Keys), and data formats (JSON/XML)
- Experience integrating different platforms such as ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or legacy systems
- Solid knowledge of data modeling and advanced SQL for complex queries and performance optimization
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ownership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and testing cycles simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Intermediate English is a plus, but not required

- Identified and implemented process improvements through automation and data flows
- Acted as a key interface between business and technical teams
- Ensured high-quality deliveries through structured QA and UAT processes
- Managed multiple demands in parallel while maintaining high standards of execution
