Key Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Design, configure, and maintain system solutions to support business operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for critical applications and integrations across the organization.
  • Lead system improvement initiatives, including evaluating new technology, enhancing system functionality, and optimizing business processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, data dictionaries, and user manuals.
  • Coordinate and support system testing processes, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues; work with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems.
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests and system support tickets.
  • Train end users on new features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity throughout all system environments.
  • Support project delivery, including planning, scheduling, status reporting, and risk mitigation.

Functional Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related technical/functional role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration concepts, data flow, and process modeling.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level applications (CRM and workflow systems).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with the system user community at various levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SQL queries and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Project management or business process improvement experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
