Senior Technical Consultant Servicenow - App Engine / ITSM

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and ITSM. This professional will act as a technical reference within projects, leading complex implementations, mentoring team members, supporting architects, and ensuring solution quality, scalability, and performance.

In your daily routine, you will:

• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of ServiceNow applications.
• Act as the main technical reference for the development team.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement solution designs.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor Junior and Mid-Level Consultants and Developers.
• Optimize application performance, scripts, and configurations.
• Lead complex integrations, automations, and data migration initiatives.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ATF, and Flow Designer automations.
• Configure and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Ensure platform governance, security, scalability, and best practices.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow development and platform configuration.
• Advanced experience with App Engine and ITSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Experience with Flow Designer, low-code automation, CI/CD, ATF, and DevOps pipeline management.
• Experience with Service Portal, platform architecture, and application performance optimization.
• Strong scripting knowledge, including Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and complex data migrations.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and define technical standards.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or App Engine certifications.
• Experience with UI Builder, Employee Center, Workspace, and Performance Analytics.
• Experience working in Agile environments, consulting firms, or global projects.
