Senior Technical Consultant – CMDB / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD. This professional will act as the main technical reference within projects, leading complex implementations, troubleshooting critical issues, defining technical standards, and mentoring Technical Consultants and Developers.

In your daily routine, you will:

• Lead the technical implementation of ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD solutions.
• Develop custom Discovery Patterns and optimize Discovery performance in large-scale environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Discovery, MID Servers, integrations, and HR processes.
• Design and optimize technical solutions for asset management, governance, security, and compliance.
• Support integrations across CMDB, Procurement, SAM, GRC, HR systems, and external platforms.
• Optimize Employee Center, HR journeys, and HRSD performance.
• Conduct code reviews and review security configurations and access controls.
• Define technical standards and mentor Junior and Mid-Level Technical Consultants and Developers.
• Collaborate with Architects and Leadership on strategic technical decisions.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Advanced English.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Expertise in Discovery, MID Servers, custom Patterns, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Center, HR workflows, and HR data integrations.
• Experience with ITAM integrations, including CMDB, Procurement, SAM, and GRC.
• Strong understanding of platform security, access controls, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, scripting, and advanced automations.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Analytics, large-scale environments, and performance optimization.
• Experience reviewing code, defining technical standards, and mentoring technical teams.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, containers, monitoring tools, and enterprise systems.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Certifications related to ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CMDB.
• Experience with Orchestration, SecOps, and advanced remediation automations.
• Experience working in consulting firms, Agile environments, or global projects.
