The Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer - SPM
In your daily routine, you will:
Lead the development of the most critical and high-risk project functionalities.
Perform performance optimization, including debugging slow queries and code refactoring.
Develop reusable components and define coding standards for the development team.
Act as a technical mentor, conducting pair programming and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with SPM, ITSM.
Proficiency in Scoped Apps, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
Mastery of Glide API (GlideAjax, GlideElementVariable/MRVs) and advanced configuration of Service Catalogs and Portals.
Experience with complex integrations, including ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow communication and ERP system integrations.
