As a Senior Technical Sales, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to realize high-impact engagements with clients in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, and Pulp & Paper. Your role is essential in communicating the value of our AI and advanced analytics solutions, influencing our clients' digital transformation journeys.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional with solid experience in pre-sales, solution design, or software consulting who enjoys working directly with customers and translating business challenges into powerful technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-impact engagements with senior technical and business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and operational pain points.
  • Present sophisticated AI and analytics-based software solutions aligned with the client’s asset management, performance and sustainability objectives.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, use case walkthroughs, and value narratives for C-level and operational decision-makers.
  • Architect tailored solutions using the company’s portfolio of industrial software, balancing feasibility, scalability, and ROI.
  • Own the development of complex proposals, including technical documentation, project scope, budget estimates, and commercial models.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Product teams to influence market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer success.
  • Provide market intelligence, voice-of-customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Support enterprise negotiations and build long-term client relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline; Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

  • Solid experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales within industrial software, SaaS, or analytics companies.

  • Deep understanding of asset performance management (APM), industrial data infrastructure (e.g., OSIsoft PI, SCADA, Historians), or enterprise asset management (EAM) platforms like SAP PM or Maximo.

  • Expertise in analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies applied to reliability, production optimization, or operations.

  • Proven ability to map business drivers to technical solutions and communicate value at multiple levels of an organization.

  • Skilled in developing complex proposals, business cases, and ROI models.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and long-cycle B2B negotiations.

  • Advanced/Fluent English.

Differential

  • Experience with industrial software platforms or digital transformation in asset-intensive industries.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integration with industrial data systems.

  • Background in consulting or working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.

  • Other languages besides English and Portuguese.
