We are an American management consulting firm that provides business valuation and advisory services, specializing in privately held businesses for purposes such as estate planning, shareholder disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. What You’ll Do:
- Analyze financial statements, management accounts, tax returns, and YTD figures
- Build detailed financial models for SMEs (USD $500K–$200M in revenue)
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in English
- Apply valuation methodologies for tax compliance, litigation, financial reporting, intangible asset valuations, transactions, and strategic planning
- Review and provide feedback on valuation work by other analysts
- Contribute to consulting and corporate finance engagements
- Conduct market research for internal articles and industry insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate studies are a strong plus
- Experience valuing privately held U.S. businesses
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with other financial software is a plus
- Deep familiarity with U.S. valuation practices (must-have)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professionals comfortable in a remote-first environment
- Excellent communication and task management skills
