About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers while partnering closely with stakeholders. This position will be hybrid based in our Sao Paolo office and will support customers across North America and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise across ITSM, CSM, Service Portals, and Scoped Applications.
- Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as a technical point of contact, ensuring best practices, platform standards, and code quality are maintained.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive timely resolution.
- Contribute to solution architecture decisions and continuous platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, Service Portals, and Scoped Applications.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (inbound and outbound).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and platform capabilities.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Brazil (LATAM).
