About the Position
Main Responsibilities:
Implement strategic initiatives defined by Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Healthcare to ensure excellence in quality, competitive costs, and operational efficiency.
Promote People & Culture (P&C) actions for the Production area, including talent mapping and leadership pipeline development.
Ensure a safe and motivating work environment, encouraging the team to achieve the best results.
Manage resources and control expenses to meet the Business Plan, proposing necessary investments for the Production area.
Act to reduce operational costs and maintain the competitiveness of the production unit.
Ensure compliance with quality policies and operational procedures, addressing risks and reporting critical situations under the technical supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist.
Guarantee that all products manufactured at the Suzano site comply with current legislation and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Healthcare standards.
Strictly follow HSE programs and procedures, preserving the environment, health, safety, and company assets.
Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and initiatives, ensuring respect and equal opportunities for all.
About You:
Experience: Solid experience in industrial production management, with proven leadership of production teams, focusing on quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Previous experience in Consumer Goods and/or Pharmaceutical industries is required.
Skills: Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams. Strategic planning and cost management capabilities. Solid knowledge of quality policies, GMP/BPF, TPM and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, HSE standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborative mindset, acting as a team player and able to engage and influence peers across functions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus.
Languages: Advanced English (required for communication with headquarters and technical documentation).
