About the role

Job Summary
The Sr. (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions.
Determine when products should be upgraded or replaced.
Provide onsite training for customer support personnel.
Follow standard procedures and safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.

Basic technical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in field environments.
