Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media & Digital Content Analyst to support the execution and expansion of the Company’s digital storytelling and social media presence.
This role will play an important part in bringing to life the people, communities, and work that make Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) unique. Working closely with colleagues across Brazil and Canada, the successful candidate will help plan, produce, and publish compelling content across Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s social media platforms while supporting the continued development of campaigns such as #WeAreConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) / #SomosConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).

The role combines content creation, digital storytelling, and campaign coordination. The successful candidate will help transform photos and video footage into engaging posts, short videos, and visual stories that highlight Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s employees, operations, and community partnerships.
This individual will work closely with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s communications team, partnering with colleagues responsible for content capture at operations, as well as with teams across HR, sustainability, and community relations to ensure that important stories are shared both externally and internally.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and visual content for Instagram and LinkedIn using footage captured at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s operations and communities.
- Draft compelling social media posts and develop storylines that highlight employees, operational milestones, and community initiatives.
- Help execute digital storytelling campaigns, including #SomosConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)/#WeAreConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), that reflect Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s culture and values and also showcase Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s people, operations, and community partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify upcoming events, operational milestones, and employee stories that can be highlighted externally.
- Work with colleagues responsible for capturing photos and videos at operations to plan content creation in advance.
- Contribute ideas for new formats and storytelling approaches, particularly short-form video and visual storytelling.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to help refine Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s social media strategy and content approach.
- Collaborate with HR and site teams to help share external storytelling internally.
Requisitos e qualificações
REQUIRED
- A mid-level professional with experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Demonstrated experience editing short-form videos and reels for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to transform raw footage into engaging digital content.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a structured content calendar.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and coordinate content creation across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s operations to support content creation.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Candidates must provide a portfolio of social media posts, videos, and/or digital content they have created or edited.
PREFERRED
- Experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar video/photo editing software.
- Experience working with social media analytics tools and platform insights.
- Experience supporting corporate social media accounts or brand campaigns.
- Interest in storytelling related to industry, operations, communities, and people.
