The BTM Solution Sales Expert acts as a strategic orchestrator, combining deep domain expertise, business acumen, and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) solution knowledge to drive cloud revenue, customer success, and innovation adoption—especially in AI. This role plays a critical part in shaping customer transformation journeys, delivering measurable business value, and advancing the “One Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)” strategy across Lines of Business.


What you'll do

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Business Transformation Management (BTM) solutions, building pipeline and accelerating deal closure in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Position BTM as a strategic enabler of enterprise transformation, helping customers connect strategy, processes, applications, data, and execution
  • Engage C-level executives to shape and influence their transformation agenda, demonstrating how Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) BTM solutions (Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, Syniti, Tricentis) drive measurable business outcomes
  • Lead strategic account planning focused on transformation opportunities, in close collaboration with Regional VAT and account teams
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-solution sales cycles through a value-driven and consultative approach, leveraging cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor on business process transformation, process intelligence, and enterprise architecture, linking business needs to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) capabilities
  • Maintain deep expertise in the BTM portfolio, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Deliver accurate pipeline visibility and reliable forecasts aligned with business objectives
  • Lead impactful customer engagements through storytelling, demos, and executive-level conversations focused on transformation value


What you bring

  • Proven track record in building and converting pipeline in enterprise software or cloud sales
  • Consistent overachievement of revenue targets in complex, strategic sales environments
  • Strong experience in business transformation, BPM/BPA, enterprise architecture, or process optimization domains
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders on transformation strategy
  • Solid business acumen with a value-selling and outcome-based mindset
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative approach, with experience working in matrixed and virtual teams
  • Familiarity with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) ecosystem and/or transformation-related solutions is a strong plus
