Overview of the role:

The Solutions Delivery Consultant position focuses on driving end-to-end proposal and RFP responses. This role combines client engagement expertise with cross-functional collaboration to create client-aligned, feasible solutions that enhance business outcomes while managing complex presales processes.

Key responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Understanding:
  • Collaborating with Sales and Technology teams to engage clients early in business opportunities.
  • Identifying and understanding client needs, aligning internal capabilities, and participating in the formal presales phase.
Proposal & RFP Management:
  • Developing, reviewing, and delivering proposals and RFP responses hands-on.
  • Ensuring solutions meet client requirements and align with company capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinating with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams.
  • Managing communications and ensuring smooth proposal evolution and approval.
Proposal Process Leadership:
  • Overseeing multiple proposal processes simultaneously.
  • Managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder inputs.
Sales Operations Support:
  • Providing operational support throughout the presales cycle, including tracking proposal progress, updating proposal status, and managing communication between sales, Technology, and delivery teams.
  • Ensuring alignment across teams on timelines and deliverables, enabling smooth execution of the presales process.
Documentation, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement:
  • Maintaining detailed records of proposals and RFP responses.
  • Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Delivery Experience: 4+ years in IT Outsourcing & Consulting Delivery Management or Presales.
  • Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of engagement models and delivery approaches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven stakeholder engagement expertise.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business Understanding: Strong IT outsourcing business model knowledge.
  • Proposal Development: Hands-on proposal and RFP response experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • Process Management: RFP management and coordination expertise.
  • Solution Design: Skilled at transforming requirements into proposals.
  • Collaboration: Cross-functional team collaboration experience.
  • Operations Expertise: Sales and proposal process management capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Project management tool experience.
  • Team Orientation: Effective team player mindset.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.
