We're looking for a Pre-Press Specialist / Artwork finalizer to join our growing team. This role is part of a Design Team Unit and supports the team in delivering production-ready files according to job tickets and project manager requests. The scope includes previous verification of layout projects and converting existing designs into production-ready files (printing and/or fabrication). The specialist maintains constant communication with supervisors to ensure quality standards are met and assists by taking on tasks delegated by Project Managers.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, review, and deliver production-ready files based on job tickets and project requirements.
  • Preflight and validate layouts to ensure accuracy, printability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Convert existing designs into print- and fabrication-ready files for digital and large-format production
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and designers to meet deadlines, quality standards and achieve client satisfaction
  • Interpret job tickets and design briefs in English, ensuring all requirements are correctly executed
  • Adjust and manage color profiles (CMYK, RGB, spot colors, Pantone) for accurate print output
  • Identify and resolve pre-press issues such as resolution, fonts, transparency, and file structure
  • Work with industry-standard file formats (PDF, EPS, TIFF, etc.) and layered design files
  • Support the design team in achieving production goals and maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Ensure all designs align with client expectations and project scope
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and file management systems
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding timelines, updates, and potential delays
  • Contribute to process improvements and help build efficient pre-press workflows
  • Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Provide support on additional design-related tasks as needed to ensure overall team success

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education in a creative/artistic/print production field
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1 - B2).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Press Specialist and/or Graphic Designer
  • Experience in digital printing and visual communication.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Solid understanding of Raster vs Vector, RGB vs CMYK vs Spot Colors and print production requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow design briefs in English
  • Familiarity with online tools and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Highly efficient and organized. Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
