Overview of the role:
The Sports Content Analyst will play a central role within the Onsite Localisation Team at Betfair International, ensuring that sports content and trading operations are managed and optimized to deliver the best customer experience. This position is key to highlighting major sports moments, maintaining pricing accuracy, and collaborating across multiple teams to enhance local market offerings. You will be part of a multicultural team of 10 people from 8 nationalities, all passionate about sports and customer behavior.
What you’ll do:
- Create and schedule promotional and event banners to highlight key sports moments.
- Manage content areas and optimize the display of sports markets to improve user experience.
- Oversee onsite offers, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with the In-House Sports Team.
- Collaborate with the Trading Localisation Team to implement brand-led improvements and manage settlement and payments for manually created markets.
- Conduct regular quality checks, fix errors, flag translation issues, and test new features.
- Work closely with Promo, Planning, Trading, Commercial, and Product teams, responding to requests and providing insights to shape strategy.
