We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR talent leader to join us as LATAM Talent CoE Lead. In this influential role, you’ll partner closely with regional HR leaders to deliver innovative, best-in-class talent strategies that drive growth and success across the region. You will lead the regional agenda for Talent Management, Acquisition, Certified, Learning and development, shaping strategy, securing executive sponsorship, and deploying impactful solutions that attract, develop, and retain critical talent across LATAM.


We are looking for additional suitable candidates through this channel, in addition to the candidates from our talent management processes.



Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Defining and implementing regional Talent Management, Acquisition, Certified and Learning & Development strategies aligned with global priorities
  • Providing input to global CoE strategy and building business cases for innovative talent initiatives
  • Ensuring strategic workforce and succession planning, developing bench strength and critical talent pipelines
  • Consulting key stakeholders, regional CEOs, and Heads of HR to matching talent to roles and creating diverse, high-performing teams beyond processes and systems
  • Partnering with senior leaders enabling a ready supply of skills for current and future business needs
  • Deploying best-in-class Talent Management and Learning solutions, processes, and programs
  • Driving employee experience enhancements through lifecycle processes and annual succession cycles
  • Aligning technology and systems to supporting efficient HR delivery and measurement methodologies
  • Leveraging people analytics to predicting talent trends, measuring the impact of initiatives, and informing strategic decisions that drive long-term business outcomes
  • Leading KPI-based tracking of Talent strategy deployment and measuring goal achievement to ensure delivery aligns with expectations
  • Leading and coaching regional Talent Management, Certified and Learning teams, role-modelling HR excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven strategic HR leadership experience with expertise in Talent Management, Acquisition, Certified, Learning and Development
  • Experience driving talent strategies and developing high-performing teams
  • Solid capability in workforce planning, succession planning, career management and talent brokering.
  • Ability to leverage data analysis to measure performance and inform decisions across TM, L&D, TA and Certified portfolios..
  • Strong ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across multiple countries and functions
  • Experience managing complex projects and delivering organizational change in a global matrix environment
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
  • Experience managing projects and facilitating change across processes, systems and products within global standards.
