SR. FINANCE ANALYST – GLOBETEK

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join Globetek, a global startup operating at the intersection of technology, credit and device financing.
This is a high-autonomy, broad-scope role, working closely with the CFO and taking ownership of financial projections, internal controls and financial analysis across a global operation. The position is fully remote and is a great fit for someone with a startup mindset who is comfortable working independently in a lean and fast-paced environment.
🔎 Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial projection models and scenario analyses
Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis
Structure and maintain internal financial controls
Prepare financial reports and analyses in English for the CFO and stakeholders
Support the management of international/offshore entities
Work cross-functionally on financial and operational demands
Act with autonomy in a lean, fast-paced startup environment
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in corporate finance, venture capital, private equity or startups
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
Advanced Excel or equivalent tools
Fluent English, with professional proficiency in written and verbal communication
Experience working in lean environments with multiple responsibilities simultaneously
✨ Nice to have:
Hands-on experience using AI assistants such as Claude in financial workflows
Experience with international financial operations or offshore entities
Interest in AI and its application to business and finance
