Required Experience
- Financial controlling/analysis, cost analysis, or profitability analysis with hands-on, end-to end report execution.
- Database manipulation, data cleaning, and structured analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Building and maintaining recurring financial reports — including data validation, cross checking across systems, and ensuring output accuracy.
- Collaboration with multiple departments (Commercial, Billing, FP&A, Operations) as a data and analysis point of contact.
- Working within structured methodologies and documentation standards — executing and continuously improving established processes.

- Pricing analysis (cost-plus, margin-based, or contractual pricing models).

Technical & Digital Skills
Core Tools (Required)
- Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables etc. Data modeling, Power Query, VBA/Macros are a strong plus).
We are actively building an AI+Data-forward finance team.
- Python or similar for data manipulation, analysis automation, and ETL scripting.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: using LLMs for analysis acceleration, building classification or forecasting models, prompt engineering for analytical workflows.
- Experience with automation tools (scripted pipelines, low-code or no-code) to eliminate manual, repetitive reporting tasks.
Business Intelligence & ERP (Plus)
- Power BI or equivalent BI tool (building dashboards, measures, data modeling).
- SAP S4/Hana and WMS knowledge are a plus.
What You Will Do
Data Management & Quality
- Gather, clean, validate, and cross-check data from multiple sources (SAP, WMS, Excel, BI tools) to maintain a reliable, audit-ready database.
- Own data quality for the Revenue Management function — flag inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Document data sources, transformation logic, and known data quality issues.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Execute end-to-end customer profitability reports: data extraction, cost allocation, margin calculation, variance analysis, and output delivery.
- Monitor and track KPIs, providing regular updates with clear commentary on drivers and anomalies.
- Develop and improve data visualizations (Power BI dashboards, Excel models, SAP Analytics) for recurring and ad-hoc analysis needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the analytical point of contact for peers in Commercial, Billing, Operations, FP&A, and HR on data-related queries and report interpretation.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams on system-related issues, data access, and integration needs.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify and execute opportunities to automate recurring reports and manual data workflows.
- Support system implementation and improvement projects (SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, WMS) as a subject-matter contributor — testing, validating, and ensuring data integrity during transitions.
Profitability Enhancement Support
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer profitability drivers, contract terms, pricing structures, and revenue-to-cash performance.

- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
