Under Supply Chain Director Latin America and KBA Supply Chain group supervision, the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, K&B Brazil is responsible for leading areas related of Sales & Operations planning, Purchasing of Finished Goods, Import Logistics (inbound) for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) brands products to Brazil

SCOPE TO SALES & OPERATIONS PLANNING AND IMPORT & EXPORT SUPPLY:
The Sr.Manager is the leader for the Demand Sales Planning process, is responsible for building an annual forecast proposal that will guide our planning and sales at K&B Brazil.
Responsible for analysis sales results,forecast accuracy, maximizing profitability and support sales group to reach its goals. He/She must provide reports that will support the commercial team to get opportunities and make the region more profitable.

This position manages the short and long-term demand and supply planning supporting annual sales and has full accountability for managing finished goods inventory and turns. It must support the SOP Process with other Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Plants in Asia and the Americas mainly and the import and export planning process as well

Collaborates with other Global Supply Chains teams in the United States, China, India, Mexico and in direct contact with OEM 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure appropriate inbound supply is available when required. This role encompasses comprehension and input into the demand planning process, alignment of supply management, support of New Product Development (NPD), management of product lead times, and accountability for delivering service commitments to customers specially our Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Signature Stores ( KSS´s) and our Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Experience Centers ( KEC)

Lead and manage all regulatory and trade compliance requirements for international import shipments from Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Co., its subsidiaries and other 3rd party suppliers.

Monitor the team to make sure that all import and export shipments follow the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) pater and get on its destination on time.

SCOPE TO LOGISTICS:
Manage all functions of Distribution Center and Warehouse operations for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) owned or 3PL facilities within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil. Manage the strategic relationship between Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Co. and selective 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers. Responsible and accountable for all Transportation related costs for Inbound freight, Interplant freight and Customer Delivery freight movements. This position has full responsibility for managing the performance for the K&B Brazil Supply Chain Costs, including Cost, Quality, Safety, Service, and Sustainability.

SCOPE TO SOURCING:
Responsible for all finished goods purchasing,works closely with Sourcing Team to drive and support cost reduction efforts both on finished goods and services related to the warehousing, distribution, inbound logistics and customer delivery related suppliers. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Responsibilities extends to managing budgets and leading global spend coordination of categories unique to assigned business unit and also supports Bid preparation and participates in negotiations in conjunction with the Sourcing Team.

SCOPE TO TECHNICAL SERVICES / AFTER SALES
This leader is responsible for maintaining flawless after sales customer service to our customers, KSS and KEC Stores. Leads a team of 3 customer service individuals who provide chatbox, 1-800 number service and whatsapp only support to our customers for quality issues, installation support, claims, quality issues with final customer etc.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the sales teams to ensure the organization is managed efficiently to meet Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil Financial Plans.
Support the development of special projects, and new product introduction , works intimately with Product Marketing to support launch and planning of new products and has an input in portfolio updates for the Brazilian markets.
Provide clear, concise communication for sales, marketing, and financial teams, and act as communication liaison to all external Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) subsidiaries and KBA Supply Chain.
Collaborate with other members of the sales and product marketing teams
Develop strong Account Plan Templates to drive sales at all key customers.
Be responsible for the demand forecast of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Fixtures and Faucets for Brazil Business Team. Ensure all input to the owners and provide quality information for the consensus unit plan (12 month rolling), identify gaps between the Financial Forecast and S&OP, and put efforts to close the gaps and propose strategic plans which are aligned for new product launches.
Manage all aspects of sales reports including actual sales, forecasts, sales pipeline report and other reports as necessary.
Develop monthly supply plans for manufacturing and contract suppliers on a 12 month cycle, maintaing a feasible, level loaded production plan.
Support NPD, Product Lifecycle Management and Discontinuation.
Develop supply plans and monitor adherence to drive SKU’s to lead times target.
Identify gaps between customer stated lead time performance and targets and adjust accordingly.
Accountable for overal finished goods inventory.
Supports in house kitting operation for specific imported faucets materials
Deliver service commitments by balancing forecast and demand with manufacturing capacity while delivering finished goods inventory and turns goals. Hold other K&B divisions accountable for delivery of imported components and finished goods.
Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely processing of import and export.
Responsible for overall Distribution Center (owned or 3PL) and Warehouse operations for all Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) owned and operated facilities to include import, export, and in-country customer delivery operations
Responsible for overall Transportation costs associated with the region.
Responsible for budget line items within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Co. owned and operated facilities as well as International and Domestic Transportation.
Develop and maintain budgets for warehouse and transportation operations within K&B Brazi to meet supply chain costs targets for Annual Financial Plans.
Champion Cost Savings initiatives; responsible for stream-lining processes by eliminating non-value activity in transportations, storage, shipping and receiving; target and implement cost improvements to offset inflation and commodity pressures.
Manage inventory accuracy and storage methods.
Participate in packaging engineering projects and package design.
Responsible for applicable On-time and Order fullfillment cycle time goals and objectives, and related projects for improvement.

Provide for the training and career development of an effective work force; maintain established goals and objectives to drive efficiencies and control labor costs.
Properly apply established employee relations policies, compensation policies, safety and health regulations and union agreements where such are in place. Take action as necessary in recommending promotions, merit increases, transfers, leaves of absence, and disciplinary/performance improvement plans. Process associate information, rate adjustments, job postings, method changes, automatic progressions and other related changes.
Accountable for preparing annual supplier spend budgets.
Suports and manages technical service and after sales department , managing a network of 200 ASR’s ( Authorized Service Representatives)

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Position requires a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics or a related field and 15 years of related experience.
Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing and project management techniques highly valued.
Specific knowledge in multi-site distribution networks and knowledge of materials management, inventory control, warehouse and DC operations, material handling equipment, and transportation are a plus.
Experience negotiating contracts, and creating and managing budgets and capital plans.
Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Exceptional Excel, SAP and analytical skills are required.
Must be capable of defining, analyzing and resolving complicated problems.
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge in Power BI, and e-commerce tools.
100% Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable at least at conversational levels
