Description and Requirements
Role Overview
The Stock Management Analyst is responsible for the lifecycle management of IT assets stored at operational facilities.
This role ensures the accuracy of inventory records and maintains alignment between physical stock and system data in real time. The position plays a key role in supporting asset governance, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all stock management activities are accurately recorded in ITSM systems
- Communicate clearly with users regarding device status and availability
- Provide administrative support for projects, audits, and operational initiatives
- Coordinate equipment logistics, including receiving new assets, processing returns, and managing decommissioned equipment
- Monitor receiving invoices and ensure accurate tracking
- Track and maintain minimum stock levels and manage replenishment activities
- Allocate PCs and mobile devices based on demand and service requests
- Manage and follow up on third-party vendor services
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT environments, including hardware and software terminology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to support operational processes and coordinate across teams
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
Entry-level to 2 years of experience in administrative support, service coordination, customer support, or IT support environmentsEducation:
High school diploma required; undergraduate degree in progress or completed in IT, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
