Responsibilities

The Monetization Strategy & Operations team at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) LATAM plays a crucial role in driving strategic insights, optimizing performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making to fuel the region’s rapid growth. We are a high-performing, cross-functional team at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. Our work spans everything from revenue strategy and business analysis to data visualization and competitive benchmarking.

We are seeking an exceptional Strategy & Operations Intern who is passionate about using data to uncover insights, support operational excellence, and shape strategic direction. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and gain exposure to both local and global business operations at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform market and competitive research to inform strategic planning.
  • Assist in preparing executive reports and presentations based on your analyses and research.
  • Analyze revenue trends and product performance to support monetization strategy and decision-making.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives across Sales, Product Strategy, and Operations.
  • Leverage data tools (Excel/basic SQL) to extract insights that drive business strategy.
  • Develop clear and compelling charts and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, analytical tools, and automated reporting pipelines.
  • Conduct rigorous data hygiene practices: clean datasets, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, ideally in the final year (last 12 months) of study
  • We welcome all fields of study, especially Business, Engineering, Economics, or related management and analytical disciplines with a strong strategic focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured analysis and break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and basic modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong interest in the technology industry, digital media, and the competitive landscape of social platforms.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior internship experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (like Tableau, Looker) is a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or other projects.
