The Operation teams at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
you will play a key role in defining and refining policies related to prohibited and restricted items, unfair competition, and listing quality across our platform. You will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing
existing policies, monitoring regulatory trends, and identifying opportunities to improve both seller and buyer experience across Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). This includes driving initiatives that enhance transparency, ensure compliance, and elevate overall marketplace standards.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Government & Public Relations, Business Development, and Product to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver consistent policy enforcement at scale.

Review and update listing policies, ensuring alignment with current regulations, compliance best practices, and business needs;
  • Monitor regulatory changes in local market e.g., ANVISA, MAPA, INMETRO, ANATEL) and translate them into actionable platform guidelines;
  • Identify and address improvement opportunities to drive better seller and buyer experience;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Legal, Regulatory, PR and GR) teams to shape policies for new policies, product releases/improvements or marketplace expansions.
  • Present the results achieved to other related areas and define the next steps for the team.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration preferably
Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Spreadsheets (Excel and Googlesheets). SQL knowledge desired.
