Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Solutions is a global "one-stop-shop" leader for the horticulture industry, operating manufacturing hubs across several continents. As we scale our new production facility in Brazil, we are seeking expert Substrate Production Specialists to lead the manufacturing of high-quality grow bags and buffered coco products.
The Role
We are looking for hands-on technical experts to oversee the end-to-end production process of coco-based substrates. The ideal candidate will ensure our Brazilian output meets the rigorous international standards required by our global client base.
Key Responsibilities
Buffered Coco Production: Manage the chemical buffering process (Calcium/Magnesium displacement) to ensure stable pH and low EC levels.
Grow Bag Engineering: Oversee the washing, drying, screening, and compression of coir for specialized grow bag specifications.
Quality Control: Implement strict testing protocols for expansion volume, air-filled porosity (AFP), and water-holding capacity (WHC).
Process Optimization: Refine manufacturing workflows to meet the target output of 360 x 40ft containers per year.
Candidate Requirements
Deep Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in the raw material processing of coconut husks into premium horticultural substrates.
Regional Experience: Proven track record working with high-quality manufacturers based in India or Sri Lanka.
Hands-on Knowledge: Expert understanding of buffering RHP standards and mechanized compression techniques.
Professional English is required; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
