System Solutions Senior Coordinator

Description

The System Solutions Senior Coordinator supports the assessment, onboarding, and implementation of enterprise systems, tools, and emerging AI initiatives. This role requires experience with IT enterprise systems, compliance, and systems onboarding assessments, along with strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills. Experience with communications agencies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of enterprise systems, tools, and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate assessments for new tools and systems, including compliance and business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to track progress, manage documentation, and support project execution.
• Help improve processes, communication, and adoption related to new technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with IT enterprise systems and systems or tools onboarding assessments.
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, or risk considerations related to new technologies.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Experience supporting projects or programs across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Program management and/or project management experience.
• Exposure to AI or emerging technology initiatives.
• Experience working with communications agencies.
