➡️ About the Internship

This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about technology and enjoy learning by doing.

You will work closely with our technical teams to understand real client scenarios, experiment with platform configurations, and help build technical solutions for different digital signage use cases.

The role combines technical curiosity, problem-solving, and communication, offering exposure to both technical and client-facing aspects of a global SaaS product.

➡️ What You Will Do

• Support the team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, understanding client needs and technical scenarios;
• Assist in building prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to test integrations and platform configurations;
• Help research integration possibilities and explore different technical approaches to solve client use cases;
• Collaborate with Support and Development teams to investigate technical questions and contribute to solution ideas;
• Help document learnings, creating internal guides and technical notes;
• Support occasional online training sessions and technical demonstrations.

➡️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (mandatory);
• Availability to intern for at least 1 year before graduation, working 6 hours per day (mandatory);
• Availability to work on-site in Trindade, Florianópolis (mandatory);
• Proficiency in English, with written and spoken communication skills (mandatory);
• Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, or Android;
• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts;
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems;
• Ability to organize tasks and manage learning priorities;
• Analytical thinking and interest in problem-solving;
