You’ll join a team focused on enabling Mölnlycke’s growth by hiring the talent that drives our mission forward. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, People Partners, and Hiring Managers across the Americas region (North and South America), you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and high‑quality recruitment and hiring experience.


Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones in the Americas.

  • Preparing, sending, and tracking offer letters for internal and external candidates.

  • Initiating and monitoring background checks, providing updates to People Partners, and corresponding with candidates when information is missing.

  • Submitting and managing onboarding tasks and system tickets.

  • Managing relocation authorizations, candidate travel reimbursements, and referral payouts.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation, templates, and job descriptions.

  • Supporting Recruiters with 90‑day hire follow‑ups and general documentation needs.

  • Progressively owning end‑to‑end recruitment (from posting to interviews and offer) for selected positions across the Americas.

What you bring

Must-haves

  • 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Coordination, Recruitment Operations, or similar roles

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive mindset, fast learner, and highly detail‑oriented

  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

  • Experience working with ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring processes or compliance

  • Experience supporting multiple countries or regions

  • Fluent in Spanish
