Talent Acquisition Specialist – Jundiaí / SP

About the Role

We are seeking a senior, proactive, relationship‑driven professional with strong experience in Talent Acquisition and solid business acumen. This person will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, understand business needs, define talent attraction strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead and manage high-quality recruitment processes from profile alignment through hiring for technical, professional, senior, and managerial positions, in close partnership with hiring managers.

·Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting decision-making and providing market knowledge, talent attraction strategies, and insights into the talent landscape.

·Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and HR partners, ensuring alignment of expectations and quality of execution.

·Manage changes, challenges, and complexities throughout the recruitment process, identifying solutions and providing consultative support to stakeholders.

·Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies, proactively building a network of qualified and diverse candidates through LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

·Identify and engage passive candidates, building talent pipelines not only for current needs but also for future strategic positions.

·Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience aligned with the company’s values throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

·Monitor recruitment metrics, timelines, and process quality, using data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and report and present results through dashboards.

·Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions for hiring managers, strengthening their capabilities in recruitment, interviewing, and decision-making.

·Plan and execute Employer Branding initiatives in the region, contributing to strengthening the employer brand and the organization’s ability to attract talent.

·Collaborate with different functions and stakeholders in a multinational, technical, and matrixed organization.

Must Have

·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

·Professional experience, in recruitment, whether in a generalist HR role, recruitment consulting, executive search, or as an in-house recruiter.

·Strong experience in sourcing, talent hunting, engaging passive candidates, and building talent pipelines.

·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a structured approach, customer focus, and strong results orientation.

·Collaborative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

·Experience working closely with managers and leadership teams.

·Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have

·Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

·Experience in an international environment, multinational/global company, and/or technical environment.

·Experience managing senior stakeholders, including managers and directors.

·Experience with Employer Branding, hiring manager training, and strategic Talent Acquisition projects.

·Experience with assessment tools, including a license or certification to administer assessments.

·Experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors, other ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.

·Experience in the chemical, petrochemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors

Position Information

  • Work Model: 100% on-site
  • Location: Jundiaí - São Paulo
  • Working Hours:7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility in working hours and time-compensation arrangements (17 minutes per day).
