Job Responsabilities:
Consultative Recruitment: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from high-volume operational roles to strategic positions.
Monitoring recruitment metrics (time to fill) and assisting in managing operational turnover.
Liaising with Operations and leadership: Working closely with network and distribution centre managers to align profiles and requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the logistics, transport or e-commerce sectors.
Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
Skills: Proficiency in competency-based interviewing, ability to work to tight deadlines and a basic understanding of employment law.
Profile: Assertive communication skills to liaise between operations and leadership, with a focus on results and adaptability.
Advanced/Fluent in English.
