Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Product Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of global tax-related financial systems. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and product management, driving end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives from concept (0–1) through implementation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver scalable, user-centric financial solutions in a global environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
3+ years of experience as a Financial Product Engineer
Solid understanding of global tax concepts and financial management principles.
Familiarity with global tax management methodologies.
Proven experience building at least one financial system from scratch (0–1 experience).
Experience working in an internet/technology-driven company is preferred.
Familiarity with large-scale enterprise system architecture; experience with SAP is a strong plus.
