We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Backend (Python) to join a top global company in a 100% remote position. You'll lead backend technical strategy, guide engineers, and work hands-on building scalable, high-impact systems alongside an elite international team.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in Python (backend development)
Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
Experience designing and owning backend architecture and scalable APIs
Solid background in testing (unit, integration, TDD preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
Comfortable with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication, mentorship, and technical decision-making skills
