Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team — guiding, mentoring, and aligning recruiters to deliver top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide.
  • Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with critical business needs.
  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as the destination for elite IT talent.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion).
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Tech recruiter, with proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles.
  • 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters — you know how to motivate, align, and scale a team.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Agile, KPI/OKR-driven mindset; comfortable managing metrics to improve performance.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and hands-on — you remove blockers, solve problems, and make things happen.
