What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
- Technical Integration & Development: Act as the primary technical lead for strategic partners, developing customized integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and modern web technologies.
- Strategic Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and external partners, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures and seamless user experiences.
- Scalable Solution Engineering: Beyond one-off fixes, you will design and implement automated systems and tools to scale partner onboarding and support operations globally.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s Product and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs, influencing the product roadmap based on real-world feedback.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Own the technical relationship with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance through the entire integration lifecycle, from kickoff to launch.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing integration workflows to drive efficiency, ensuring our ecosystem grows sustainably as we add new lines of business.
- Basic Qualifications -
- 5-10 years of experience in an external-facing technical role
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Intimate knowledge of APIs and adjacent technologies
- SQL and/or other data analytics skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or meaningful industry experience.
