    About the role

    We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation in our eCommerce initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working across multiple technology stacks with a focus on delivering impactful, scalable solutions. You will lead by example, making pragmatic technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that advance our eCommerce strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end technical delivery for eCommerce projects across Salesforce & integration platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and integration.
    • Experience with integration platforms (APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration tools)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that maximize value and impact.
    • Set technical expectations and standards for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • Identify gaps in technology and processes, taking ownership of learning and applying new skills to bridge them.
    • Mentor and guide developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud understanding and exposure.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and data pipelines.
    • Ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms.
