We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager/Chief Project Architect to lead the technical design development of several luxury hospitality projects worldwide, focusing on boutique hotels and high-end hospitality assets.

• Lead technical development of hospitality projects from RIBA Stage 3 through construction documentation
• Manage and mentor a team of technical architects, MEP designers and BIM specialists
• Translate design concepts into coordinated BIM/Revit models and technical documentation
• Lead interdisciplinary coordination between architecture, structural, MEP and interior teams
• Oversee construction documentation, detailing and technical quality control
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and project specifications
• Develop technical standards, BIM workflows and documentation protocols
• Support technical decisions related to building systems, materials and constructability

• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in technical design development
• Experience leading teams and managing complex project coordination
• Strong background in high-end hospitality projects (5-star hotels, resorts, luxury villas)
• Expertise in construction documentation, detailing and system integration
• Strong BIM/Revit coordination experience
• Fluent English
