The Impact You'll Make
As our new Technical Support Assistant, you will provide support to end customers across our operations, resolving technical questions, commissioning Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) products for different applications, and supporting warranty processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding solutions to technical questions and application-related issues
- Handling warranty processes and product allocation for use in Brazil
- Ensuring the best possible customer service experience
What We're Looking For
- Technical education in Refrigeration,
- completed or in progress
- Knowledge of administrative tools such as Microsoft Office
- Intermediary English
- Strong commitment to schedules and customer service
