Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for a Temporary Assoc. Manager, HR to join our team in Brazil!
In this position you will play a vital role in coordinating human resources activities, involving all subsystems: Training and Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Personnel Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Engagement, Internal Communication and Labor Relations, employing strategies and management aligned with the objectives of the local, regional and global business, evaluating plans and goals with macro vision considering impacts and consequences of actions, achieving levels of organizational and technological excellence, focused on the management of teams and people in the processes of innovation, renewal and modernization of systems and programs in the area.

What your role will be?
1. Ensure compliance with the Policies of the Quality, Social Responsibility and Environmental Management System of the company in relation to compliance with the standards for human resources.
2. Follow up the Quality and Social Responsibility Audits (Internal and External) and the corrective and/or preventive actions carried out in your area, including auditing and supervising compliance with the labor laws of external providers, such as Restaurant, Reception, Maintenance and Cleaning.
3. Responsible for recruitment for, indirect and administrative positions, controlling the profile and requirements, as guarantee internal recruitment communication and coordinating the whole process.
4. Monitoring absenteeism and turnover goals, as well as related activities to improve these metrics, preparing reports and providing metrics for absenteeism management, training, headcount, and deficiencies.
5. Planning and executing training programs and activities, aligning corporate and local agenda of mandatory training, technical and behavioral trainings for professional development of all employees.
6. Responsibility for the security and confidentiality of administrative files of HR and people in Critical areas.
7. Monitoring performance and personal evaluations program to support and promote fairness and professional growth for employees.
8. Maintain and update of Oracle vs ADP Payroll systems to guarantee data accuracy.
9. Preparation, review and updating of internal policies and procedures, approvals and communication when any modification is necessary.
10. Responsible for the elaboration of agreements, changes and alterations in working conditions, participation in profits, bank of hours, compensation, negotiating with the union or workers, communicating them to all collaborators and maintaining all the documentation that supports each one of the alterations that arises
11. Preparing and keeping all company organization charts updated.
12. Managing the job descriptions of employees and updating them in the Quality Systems.
13. Guarantee alignment between global and local practices in the management of positions and salaries of the local plant.
14. Review and follow up, grievance system, hotline, corner meetings, skip level meetings and suggestion box.
15. Administration of all benefits for employees.
What will you bring to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)?
Associates or bachelor´s degree in a relevant field e.g. Administration, Legal, Psychology, etc.- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and labor legislation.
- Generalist proficiency to implement Human Resources programs.
- Organizational Development Tools.
- Experience working and negotiating with union.
- Experience working in manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with Oracle and ADP systems (desired).
