Senior Test Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Cards & Payments solutions that support critical financial services. You will be a valued member of a high-performing delivery team, working closely with developers, business analysts, and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable systems through a combination of automation and manual testing.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Cards & Payments applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to improve test coverage and efficiency
• Perform hands-on manual testing to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure high-quality releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans and scenarios
• Analyze test results, document defects, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders
• Promote and apply best practices in testing methodologies, tools, and processes to continuously improve quality outcomes

What you need to have to be considered:

• 8–10 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
• Strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing
• Proven experience testing Cards & Payments or similar financial systems
• Solid automation experience using Selenium with Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams

• Background or domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services (BFS)
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Exposure to test strategy improvement, test frameworks, or process optimization
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence quality outcomes
