Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating regular reports regarding the business activity;
Analyzing data and coming with suggestions and recommendations;
Bring new initiatives and innovation ideas on how to better streamline processes and improve performance, analysis and reports.
Act as a Tender Specialist in the sense of going deep on the details and conditions of the tenders, to understand all aspects and needs from the customer side and work with the TMs on the Pricing and Conditions and with the District on the local requirements;
Assist on the filling up of the tenders;
Manage the follow-up of the tenders after the awards along with Sales to ensure the volume is performed.
Serve as backup pricing when needed;
Be up to date on the strategy and act as per pricing guidelines for respective trade lines according to BU policy.
Requirements:
Education in Business Administration and/or Foreign Trade / International Relations;
Experience on how the general import/export processes work and also on the specific carrier/FFW business;
2-3 years’ experience in commercial shipping activity in trade functions or pricing is highly preferred;
Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Level – Excel), with focus on Statistics and Analytics;
Very good command of English Language (Reading, Writing, Speaking);
Negotiation abilities;
Be able to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines;
No traveling required.
